BLDC Motor

The BLDC motor is used for high speed operations. There are no brushes to replace, these BLDC motors can have life expectancy for more hours than any other motors. These are acknowledged for quiet operation, less electromagnetic interference and no sparks from friction against a commutator. The high power motors are installed in electric vehicles and industrial machinery and the low power motors can be used to power turntables or radio controlled model air planes

In-Runner Type BLDC Motor

In-runner type BLDC motors can be easily operate at speeds above 10,000 rpm under loaded as well as unloaded conditions. These motors have low rotor inertia, which further allow them to accelerate, decelerate and reverse direction quickly. Designed with utmost care, these have the highest running torque per cubic inch for consistency and smooth performance.

These motors do not have brushes, thus ensure more reliability and longer working life. These motors provide improved response due to sensor operation. These devices possess hardened steel rotor shaft for better performance. These motors are attached with ball bearing and have any position mounting which make these extensively effective and useful

Out-Runner Type BLDC Motor

The Out-Runner Type BLDC Motor spins its outer shell around its windings and these are extensively used in RC automotive and aircraft. The main advantage of these motors is absence of brushes. Designed with utmost care, these motors generates very less noise and are less prone to sparking due to the lack of a commutator.

The devices are compact in size and are lighter, cleaner, more powerful and needs very less maintenance and care.
